Founded in 1996 at Orléans, France, Alliance France-Ecosse intends to preserve the spirit of our Auld Alliance (the Franco-Scottish treaty signed in 1295) by promoting friendly, cultural and economical exchange between our nations. Alliance France-Ecosse is legally registered in France as a non profit making Loi 1901 association and has no political or religious affiliation. Alliance France-Ecosse is totally autonomous and self financed.
